DKT Solutions LLC provides IT consulting services including SharePoint development, Power Platform solutions, Microsoft 365 administration, system migrations, IT security, and general IT support. All services are provided on a professional services basis under agreed-upon terms.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

Service Level and Availability
We strive to provide high-quality services with reasonable availability. Specific service level agreements (SLAs) will be outlined in individual service contracts. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom work products developed specifically for your organization will be owned by you upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, methodologies, and general knowledge remain the property of DKT Solutions LLC.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the agreed services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DKT Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of services rendered through the termination date.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
